Today I called pip to ask for an update on my claim and if there has been a descision made she said let me look then said that they didn't have my bank details. So I give her them but she said no decision has been made. Has this happened to anyone before. Is asking for my bank details a positive sign?

@ash86qd Unfortunately, we can't say for definite that is a positive sign. Sometimes they see there is information missing and think to ask to take it just in case. Hopefully it isn't too much longer a wait for you!0

They have asked me what bank they have for me when I have phoned them0

Sounds perfectly normal to me and doesn't mean anything other than they had no bank details for you.
