i stupidly said i did not want one 5 years ago when one was offered by someone doing somekind of assesmemt, i did say yes to a stair lift, wheelchair and a walking frame though.
i would now like a nhs type of bed, that moves up n down etc in the same way, also of course the easy clean free type of matress
i live and sleep on the sofa, my illness has progressed even more, so its time to go back down this route
how low do these beds actualy go, as my sofa is about the high of my coffee table, and has my computer screens on and medication, drinks etc so i would need a bed that went low enough to go level with the desk.
as ive said, theres no doubt im not eligle as already been offered one, its just who do i go to? can my gp get me a hospial bed mattress etc?
thank you

Hello @disabledsativa
It sounds like you had a needs assessment when you were offered the stairlift, wheelchair and walking frame. I would reach out to them again and ask about obtaining a hospital bed. They may be able to offer more equipment to help too.0
