I am just starting a PhD at a University. I am a partially disabled student. I need a crutch to walk and my distance for walking is restricted. I get tired walking and have to stop 2-3 times as well. I have MS.
I wanted to buy a seated electrical e-scooter to enable my movement on campus. However, I was informed by the University that they prohibit all electrical scooters and e-bikes on University grounds.
I wanted to ask what my rights are to get the University to accommodate for my disability and situation? Any help appreciated. Please and thank you.
