Finally received PIP report in post, what does ‘most recent pip report’ mean?

On every page where it says restrictions reported, I am wondering what most recent pip report means? 

I have circled what I am referring to, I was awarded standard DL 4 years ago. Does ‘most recent pip report’ refer to that original award? Because I have added up all points on this report and it works out to be enhanced DL and standard mobility. Fingers crossed
