Hello, looking for advice regarding pip, iv applied for pip on 3rd may 23
I had a telephone assessment July 24th, 2 weeks ago they rang me to do another assessment as apparently I was not questioned enough the first time strange because I was asked the exact questions as the first time. So after waiting nearly 7 weeks for a decision I now got to wait another 8 weeks for decision.. Is this only happening to me..
Kind regards..

Although it's rare that this happens, it's completely normal & either one or two things could of happened here. Firstly, your assessment report could of gone to audit (the process where the Assessment Provider checks the quality of your assessors work) and they haven't been happy with it or alternatively, your report could of been returned to PIP and a Decision Maker has had concerns over it so asked for another report.
You should expect a decision within 12 weeks.1
