Hi there can anyone tell how long it will take for me to get a court date for my pip claim as I keep getting turned down so I’m fighting it all the way I’ve got a feeling I’ve filled the form in wrong as I’ve got stage 5 renal failure and I’m on dialysis 3 times a week for four hours each session and my condition seems to be getting worse not better

Hello Jody1984I would like to advise that you are not going to court. You are having an informal tribunal that will consist of a judge who will apply the law, a doctor and a disability expert. There are big backlogs for tribunal hearings and the waiting times vary according to your area. You could be waiting for several months to a year for a hearing date.Hope that helpsNasturtium1
