Pip appeal in court

Hi there can anyone tell how long it will take for me to get a court date for my pip claim as I keep getting turned down so I’m fighting it all the way I’ve got a feeling I’ve filled the form in wrong as I’ve got stage 5 renal failure and I’m on dialysis 3 times a week for four hours each session and my condition seems to be getting worse not better

I would like to advise that you are not going to court. You are having an informal tribunal that will consist of a judge who will apply the law, a doctor and a disability expert.

There are big backlogs for tribunal hearings and the waiting times vary according to your area. You could be waiting for several months to a year for a hearing date.
