Pip Online Application Not Working

in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA
Hi everybody. I registered a new claim for PIP today on the phone and was sent an email link to apply online. When I clicked on the link the page which came up said SORRY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS SERVICE. Is anyone out there able to advise me what to do. Is the system down or something else . Any advice you guy can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Try again later this afternoon and if no luck phone PIP to explain the issue:
    0800 121 4433
    (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)

    Online forms have only been around since December 2021 which may seem quite a long time but it's not, I don't know the full ins and outs of them yet. Hopefully it does work eventually without the need to phone PIP.

    I know it can be stressful when technology doesn't work, hope we can get this resolved!

    Which web browser are you using? Have you tried accessing the link using different web browsers?
