hi Guys was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me, done mr decision stayed the same wanted me to do a change of circs,
put it in an appeal dwp opposing the appeal and asking for super session is that normal procedure ? Does it mean they are agreeing and just going to replace my old benefit to new rates ? So confused am sorting out all evidence today to send to hmcts thanks for advice

Hi @deeebeee - there seems to have been some confusion (on the DWP's side; not yours) about a change of circumstances. The DWP will always oppose an appeal, but it seems IMHO that they're still going back to the change of circs that you never asked for!
