Hi @HelenT2

Did you receive a decision letter? If you did, the address to request a mandatory reconsideration is usually somewhere on that letter. If you can't find it, let me know and I will try to find out for you

Is this about your PIP or ESA?

HelenT2

Thanks. Use the address on your most recent letter received, it’s on the top right.

The address on my letter is:
Pip
Payment 4
Post Handling Site B
Wolverhampton
Wv99 1aa

That’s correct,

Personal Independence Payment 4,
Post Handling Site B,
Wolverhampton,
WV99 1AA.

You will need a stamp and I recommend you also get proof of postage for this too, this is free and can be asked for from a Post Office counter.
