Hi wondering if anyone can help please? I’ve been awarded LCWRA and been told that I will be getting £390 extra monthly. I have a debt from DWP from when they overpaid me a while back, money is taken off my universal credit for this each month. Will money also be taken from my LCWRA payment? Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi @DanielleRose25 - LCWRA is an element, or part, of UC, so any overpayment is just deducted from your whole UC claim. Hope that explains.
