PIP Review Independent assessment services

My Wife has been claiming PIP for several years now after a lengthy court appeal on the original claim. Last Christmas we received a letter asking if there was any change of circumstances. We have just had a text from independent assessment services saying they are now reviewing the claim. When will we hear from them

There's no timescales. Some hear back shortly after this and others continue to wait several months.
