Cost of living payments eligibility

Hi everyone, I've been doing some investigation about cost of living payments for year 23/24.
I am currently claiming universal credit as a single person, I started my claim on 5th march, I lost my job the very same month due to medical condition, I started my disability claim and I'm awarded LCRWA.
Am I eligible to any cost of living payments or any other benefits?

There's some info here, which says,''To be eligible for the Cost of Living Payment from DWP, you need to have been entitled to a payment for a qualifying benefit between 18 August 2023 and 17 September 2023, or payment for an assessment period, ending between these dates.''https://www.gov.uk/government/news/second-2023-to-2024-cost-of-living-payment-dates-announcedHave you looked into PIP?
