Hello @OliverB, hope you're doing okay today.
There are lots of different ways to find support, depending on what kind of support you feel would be useful to you.
If you feel up to it, you could start with a chat with your GP to discuss your options and work out the best plan forward for you.
If you're looking for some things to read, Scope have a general page of resources and tips here that you might find useful.
The mental health charity Mind also offer quite a few resources and guides on how to access mental health support. They also have a helpline that you can call to find out about different services near you.
Do you have any friends and family that you can chat to about your problems?0 -
Hi @Rosie_Scope,
thank you for your reply. I’m looking for helplines etc, as friends I know, don’t reply to my texts.0 -
No problem @OliverB, it must be frustrating when friends aren't available to chat. We are always here to support you if you need to talk, our members are very friendly and helpful
