Thank you so the budgeting advance won’t stop me from getting a change of circumstances advance? Even if the budgeting advance is on hold0
-
No, they are both different but neither of them are guaranteed.

What do you mean not guranteed I thought because my uc is increasing I’m able to get one 100% cause that’s a change of circumstance?0
-
No, it's not 100% guaranteed. You must be unable to manage (due to financial need) until your next UC payment. https://data.parliament.uk/DepositedPapers/Files/DEP2022-0860/005._Advances_-_Change_of_circumstances_V14.0.pdf

yes rang up and told me to wait till 2/01/24 but I’m just worried that I won’t be able to get one cause of my budgeting advance being deffered. Would I still get one I’ve got nothing till I get paid at all0
-
A budgeting advance is different to a change of circumstances advance. The only issue you will have then is that you will owe money for 2 different loans so more money to pay back to them.

Hello I normally receive my statement on the 2nd at 3 am ish I haven’t received it and it’s worrying me what do I do ? My first lcwra is meant to be showing this month as well 😢0
-
I wouldn't worry too much at the moment, it will show. Sometimes my daughters doesn't show on the day it's supposed to and can be the day after. It may show later today or even tomorrow.1
-
Thank you it’s just never done this before and it’s normally there every time without fail for 3 years no problems and it’s just setting my anxiety off making me think I’m not gonna get paid on the 8th ☹️0
-
I’ve got a phone call at 11.30 (volunteer one) with my work coach could I mention it to her to see if there’s anything she can do ?0
-
You can yes but it will show at some point. Your assessment period didn't end until yesterday. My daughter's statement usually shows on 20th of every month and her assessment periods are 18th to 17th of every month.1
-
Oh okay that’s made me feel a bit better thank you so much I will mention it then just wait just this has never happened not once so got me anxious that’s all.0
-
You're welcome.0
