Thank you so the budgeting advance won’t stop me from getting a change of circumstances advance? Even if the budgeting advance is on hold

No, they are both different but neither of them are guaranteed.

No, it's not 100% guaranteed. You must be unable to manage (due to financial need) until your next UC payment. https://data.parliament.uk/DepositedPapers/Files/DEP2022-0860/005._Advances_-_Change_of_circumstances_V14.0.pdf

A budgeting advance is different to a change of circumstances advance. The only issue you will have then is that you will owe money for 2 different loans so more money to pay back to them.

I wouldn't worry too much at the moment, it will show. Sometimes my daughters doesn't show on the day it's supposed to and can be the day after. It may show later today or even tomorrow.

Thank you it’s just never done this before and it’s normally there every time without fail for 3 years no problems and it’s just setting my anxiety off making me think I’m not gonna get paid on the 8th ☹️

You can yes but it will show at some point. Your assessment period didn't end until yesterday. My daughter's statement usually shows on 20th of every month and her assessment periods are 18th to 17th of every month.
