“ I completed my pip form on line 3 weeks ago. The DWP acknowledged receipt of my completed form. However today I received a claim form from DWP. It says thank you for starting your claim

For pip. We now need to find out more information about your daily living and mobility needs to help us make a decision.  To do this you will need to fill in the attached’ HOW YOUR DISABILITY AFFECTS YOU FORM’. Please sign declaration on page 8 and put completed form and photocopies of any supporting evidence in envelope provided
I am very confused I already completed this on line. Why are they requesting me to do it twice.
Any guidance from you guys would be greatly appreciated. I suffer from severe anxiety and complete information the form online was very distressing

Hi, I did mine online too, and got a reminder letter generated after I had submitted it! I *think* many of these letters are auto generated but I agree that you are probably best to call them if you can, just to be on the safe side
