JUST had WCA MR REVEIW , reply to tribunral . SEEMS DWP going with flawed corourpt REPORTING & OPTION chdc (asseor ) , DESPITE asseor reporting i can only mobilise 20 meteres with aid off stick stand 1-2 min , cant climb stairs atm only leave house for appoitnment dont/// cant go far do much struggle with 20 meteres . SHE did not mention . I CANT make change bed sheets , hold move heavy saucepans cook full meal , kettles OR i use use aids rails , bath seat to have shower , need help to put socks on . ALL SHE PEROTED WAS MOBILISE . GAve me 9 points for stairs NOT 15 MOBILISE LESS 50 METERES /REPEAT MOBILISE . ATM CERTAINLY not fit for work struggle & 20 meteres , had MRI SCAN , cause all this is sterosis lwr mid/ spine , spine op fustion ruled out . SO ORPHOPEDICS ref me for assetnment & NHS pain clinic / treatnment await appoitnment dec 2023 fit note to end jan 2024 . SO NO (LCWRA ) DWP MR REVEIW DESSTION MAKER IS GOING ON ASSEOR / CHDA ASSESOR REPORT/ UP HOLD IT , DESPITE telling asseor i cant use wheel chair as it triggers back pain scatica , discomfort , exhaustion . DWP use old CHENUT if i can LOL get to office ,place work then i can use self propel wheel chair 4 Mobility over 50 meteres so no 15 points (LCWRA) . LOL . BUT how do you get from ur home to work place in the first place ????. IF you cant stand mobilise aided 1-2 min //20 meteres SHUFFLE WALK ????. HOW do you stand 1 handed with walking stick , lift fold put wheel chair in & out car ????. I have 1 foot steps to doors OF my house & corridors / doors not wide eniugth for wheel chair so wheel chair no use & cant self propel in any case . DWP & CHDA ASSORS (LIES) unbeleievable so out touch real world . STILL / ONWARD now i wait for Tribunral mine & my unite untion hour & TRIBURAL court early 2024 STAND & fight this rubbish for so call justice / fairness. & 60 YOU DONT WANT ALL THIS STREES / MENTAL ANEXITY BULLIED , FORCED BY TO WORK PLACE WHEN NOT READY . STAY WELL SAFE FOLKS . DOES make u wonder who advice & come up with rules for DWP ????.
