Don't know atm where I found this but..
A successful appeal at Tribunal means the DWP failed to follow the correct proceedings AND failed to revise its findings.

I was so anxious that I got lost on buses and arrived 10 minutes late for the hearing. The Decision Notice had been typed up and was handed to me. Won on the evidence alone as it should have been at the start!
DWP knows enough claimants can't appeal and they win that way.1 -
