Hi @paula79 - & welcome to the community. As you have LCWRA, then you don't need to inform anyone so long as you're going abroad for no longer than a month. Please see: https://www.gov.uk/claim-benefits-abroad/universal-credit as you won't have a work coach that part isn't applicable.
