PIP renewal/review/change of circs

Hello, new here.

I am struggling to understand what process I am currently undergoing. My PIP award end date was November 23, (cant remember exact date, cant find my award letters, disorganised, ADHD etc).

Last year I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and put in for a change of circumstances, in July ish.  Completed and sent in the form but heard nothing back for months. Then received a text message for a phone assessment on a particular date, they never phoned me.  I left it due to not being very well.  Then in July this year I was booked for a phone assessment but unclear if this was for the Change of circs or review. 

Had to reschedule the appointment 6 times due to not being well enough to take part (Pneumonia, other illnesses etc) and finally managed to participate on 8th Nov.  I was still quite poorly with asthma and other issues and it was really hard going, took 2 hours.  It was awful.  I received part of my usual payment on my usual payment date this month but it was about 28 short.  Oddly this was then paid this Monday.

Ive not had a decision yet, will my payments continue until they decide?  I find it hard to follow what's going on and my blue badge has also now run out and I dont know what to do.
