Hi
just received letter from pip regarding the law changes, socialising with people
since last year I have had calls from well being, I am currently having counselling with mind, on anti depressants
it says I don’t need to do anything unless I think changes affect my claim, and to call or write
do I contact them? Help appreciated, thanks
i first received standard if both 2019, 2o22 receive higher mobility, still standard daily

It will depend on how your conditions affect you and how many points you actually scored for your daily living award back in 2019.If it was 8 points for daily living and you scored 2 points for engaging with others face to face then the extra 2 points will make no difference to your award anyway.1

The new rules will have applied to the decision made in 2022. They applied to all decisions from 17th September 2020. It would be the 2019 decision you need to look at. See link https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-changes/social-support-changes-to-pip-law-from-6-april-20160

Many thanks
all confusing, do you suggest I contact them? Would it be for 2019 or 2022,review both?
unsure if it’s for first one, or review?
apologies for questions, just after a bit of guidances
thanks

It would be for 2019 only. Not for 2022. If you were unhappy about the decision make at that time then you could have challenged the decision by requesting the MR.0
