Hi!
Can someone give me some advice please? If I receive the Personal Independent Payment and own my own property, can I take in a lodger without it affecting my payment? Thank you

    Just to let you know I've moved and renamed your post so more of our super helpful regulars will be able to se it and hopefully offer you some top advice. :) 

    But I believe taking in a lodger will not effect your PIP as it's not means tested.

    If won’t affect PIP. Are you claiming any other benefits other than PIP?
