Hi I had my pip tribunal case on the 30th November and won they have got to pay me from March 2022 and I was just wondering how long I will have to wait to get the money they owe me and will it be before christmas

It can take anything up to 8 weeks to receive what is owed and to put the award into payment. 

I’m afraid I can’t tell you whether it would be before Christmas.

I called the dwp and asked if they could tell me anything about my claim and they said they tried to ring me on the 18th December but the number they rang on was my old number, so they asked me all these questions and confirmed my bank details and said they will start processing the money they owe me can you tell me how long I will have to wait before I get the money thanks

Unfortunately there are no timescales from that point. It’s up to 8 weeks after the Tribunal decision.
