journal message asking to answer some equality questions?

I've just looked on my journal and they was a message asking me to fill out some random questions on equality has anyone else had this? 
I've answered there questions there was about 5 to fill out.

I had to choose from the list on some of them but others I could choose not to answer
Questions like what nationality I was and if I had a disability? They should already know this as I get lcwra?
Strange really.

I've just had a look on Facebook and there's a few getting them and they are random aparenty.

My partner had one and I didn't and wear both joint claim I'm aninexty about it though

Someone on Facebook had one then after she filled it in was then sent a message saying she needed to get a new fit note? 
I'm not sure why that was, mine was fine.

Are u sure that's true as people seem to tell lies 🤔  there not aloud to stop ur work capital unless su failed assessment

I'm not saying it's true its only what I've read as I say I did mine and it was fine I didn't get any other messages after that.

Ah yes, good old facebook strikes again. If this is one of those benefits groups then the best advice i can give you is to "click" leave group and never return. Absolutely terrible place!

I too have had to fill out this equality questionnaire , I have no idea why or what it is about but honestly my anxiety has not gone through the roof , has anyone got any idea as to why these questions are being asked at all please 😕

Its on my to do, I have left it alone, although most of the questions do at least allow you to say prefer not to say.

I can report back if I am forced to fill it in.
