I do not know if you can help me. I am pleased to join your community. The DWP say I am not entitled to £300 because l did not qualify for pension credit between 18th Sept to 17th Oct 2023. I have been permanently on pension credit guarantee for many years so I refute this. The email address on.Gov website given me is
Oed.customeraccessibilityteam@dwp.gsi.gov.uk.
This link is quoted as not a correct email address
I do not know what to do and getting very anxious
THANK YOU

Hello @Masterofspin
Welcome to the community! I hope someone is able to help answer your query. I just wanted to let you know I've removed some personal information as this is a public forum. And want you to be safe0 -
Is this the £300 cost of living payment that was paid between 31st Oct and 19th November? If so then the qualifying dates for this was 18th August to 17th September and not 18th Sept to 17th October as you suggested.I'm not aware of an email address for you to contact them on. I'd advise you to ring Pension Credit and speak to them as this links advises you to do that. https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment/contact-details-for-low-income-benefits
