If the report has been returned without an assessment then it will be a paper based assessment you’ve had.

Mostly this is a good thing and the majority of the time people are awarded after a paper based assessment. Although, it has been known for a refusal to happen but it’s rare.

Decisions can take up to 12 weeks after the report was returned.

Will do rosie. It took 5 yrs to get it. When i had my tribunal during lockdown it was great cos it was over the phone and i had a massive backpay. Even though backpay is nice i dont want to ever go through that again
