Hey guys happy new year. I spoke to a lady at pip and she said my annual review has been sent back to dwp for a decision. She said i wont have a face to face medical which is gr8 but do you know A. If i may still have an assesment over phone and B. If this is a good thing? Im really anxious. My current award is high rate. Thank you

If the report has been returned without an assessment then it will be a paper based assessment you’ve had.Mostly this is a good thing and the majority of the time people are awarded after a paper based assessment. Although, it has been known for a refusal to happen but it’s rare.Decisions can take up to 12 weeks after the report was returned.1

Will do rosie. It took 5 yrs to get it. When i had my tribunal during lockdown it was great cos it was over the phone and i had a massive backpay. Even though backpay is nice i dont want to ever go through that again0
