Hi just asking.  With this esa form I received about esa reviews.  It mentioned about sending sick note in. I haven't had to send one in for years
And I still got esa. Do i need to start sending one in again as it's a review.
Bit confused by the wording on the form

You don't need a fit note (sick note) for the ESA50 form. I think you may have misunderstood what you read because it doesn't mention anything about needing to send any fit notes to them.

On page 23 of the form it gives a list of things you can send as evidence and a list of things they do not want to see and fit (sick) notes is one of them. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/654d58d1c0e06800101b2d1c/esa50-capability-for-work-questionnaire.pdf

Oh right, I had a panic attack after receiving it, think my autism went into overdrive. Why are they sending these out to people all of a sudden

It's not all of a sudden. Reviews have been suspended for the best part of almost 4 years. They were always going to restart again at some point.
