Hi had a phone call today stating that I hadn’t signed my form so wanted to know I had made a claim, after the male advised me an answer on my claim was being done today.
Just wondering what time people receive their text messages and do they send out on a Saturday. I’m guessing if I have t received a text in 5 days I’m unsuccessful as he said I should receive a letter in 5 days

What benefit is this related to? Letters from DWP can take anything up to about 2 weeks.0

Hi @kconetime - & welcome to the community. Was this about PIP? Seems members can get texts at different times of day, but not everyone gets a text. If you get a text saying a decision has been made, altho it will say don't contact the DWP, you can in fact ring to find out what the decision may be. If it's for PIP, ring 0800 121 4433, the best time being when they open at 9am, tho you can of course just wait for your decision letter.

Hi all thanks for your help, I have had a copy of my assessment not what I expected as there is things on there which is wrong so I will be applying for MR however the assessor had scored me 6 for daily living and 10 for mobility can you get mobility without daily living?0

Just seems strange I have anxiety and depression and OCD however scored low when I struggle daily0

Yes, there are members here that only claim the mobility part and not the daily living. The same way some members claim daily living but not the mobility.
