Just wandered how long people have waited for a decision after receiving text or letter ?

If you have had the text saying they have completed your claim you can ring them and see what award you have got0

Some people have a decision quite quickly after that text and others still wait quite a few weeks. You can ring them anytime to ask if a decision is made and if it has and they can see what it is they will tell you. If a decision hasn't been made they can't tell you.

Today by letter . The exact words are ,, we now have the information we need to decide if we can award you pip and two days ago a text saying ,,, We have not yet made a decision on your pip claim .0

Yes, both are standard texts and letters and they have been known to send a text with an update and the same in a letter. Quite pointless really and all they cause is more anxiety.

Poppy123456 Yeah sounds about right , it also says there is no need to contact us we will write to you when we have made a decision on your pip claim . That's if the anxiety font get me first lol .0
