What help do you need? You will need to give some information before anyone can try to advise.

I don't know when you say you've asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration if you rang to ask for this. It is better to put it in writing however. If you did ring, & it was recently, you can still send a letter & any other new evidence that you have, but it may not get there before a decision is made. However, as it can take up to 12 weeks for a decision to be reached, that may be OK.Did you ring to start your Mandatory Reconsideration?0

NO problem at all @90stuckstruck
The process is all written out for you to read on our website here and also on the Governments site here, but if there's anything specific that's puzzling you, please just ask.

Hi there @90stuckstruck ok so you've already applied for the MR correct?
They tend to assess people on how they show their illnesses affect each of the descriptors. So as long as you've shown how your disabilities stop you from doing each descriptor on the form, you should be ok.
Of course letters from other people will help, again, as long as they show where you're struggling.
I hope that helps.
