After 9 months I final had my tribunal after appealing against my PiP assessment
this dates back to 24th March 2023 and has been a constant struggle.
On the 10th Jan 2024 I have been awarded PiP ..I have been awarded the daily living at the enhanced rate and mobility at Standard rate ..
I presume this will be back dated …does anyone know the time frame for payment or the process of what comes next
