    Hiya I hope your good.
    Yes I got a few exercises last night then had me move a little bit.
    After my tablets been sorted last night I’ve felt a lot better and the physio is delighted at my progress.
     The nurse sd they will also see how I’m doing as they will reduce my dosage on a painkiller tomorrow.
    I just hope the bloods tomorrow will come back ok.

    I got a pizza takeaway for dinner tonight as I couldn't face cooking. Was really tasty.

    I'm feeling the dark mood start to lift so here's hoping it continues tomorrow. 

    I'm going to start watching the Traitors tonight. Missed it but lot of good news about it!

    Hi everyone I hope yous are all enjoying your night.
    Im absolutely shattered and got the drip up but it’s bleeping every couple off minutes it’s driving me nuts.
    The nurse sd she will have to call someone. 

    I will let yous know after or tomorrow how I get on im so tired and just want to get to sleep.

    So sorry for the rant.

    Oh Sandy it was none stop, the nurse just came and took it out she sd she’s phoning advanced nurses to come as she thinks something is wrong with the cannula.

    No not yet Ada they wrote me up for one that I can’t take I had spoke to the nurse today about it she said oh I will make sure it’s a different one.
    So the nurse that's on tonight is trying to get it sorted ❤️
