Hi,
have been struggling with crohnes and depressive order now for some time have my tribunal next week. Hopefully will be able to have a caree or family member with me. As the DWP have been disgusting throughout completely ignoring all my evidence and what I said in assessment really am dreading the tribunal.

If I went alone I imagine they will make out I’m fine if I get there unassisted?
As we all know the tricks they use.
It would be great if I could get people thoughts on my prospects as I am struggling to get out of bed apart from to go the toilet most days. Really do have a horrific existence.
Thank you.

The Tribunal are totally impartial and independent of DWP and are there to listen to you.
You can take anyone with you to the hearing but you will be expected to speak for yourself because you are the only one that knows exactly how your conditions affect you.
You should have already sent any extra supporting evidence you have. The assessment is in the past now so it’s time to move on from that.
Sometimes it may not be possible to give you the decision on the day. If this happens it’s nothing to worry about. You will be sent the decision letter in the post. If you’ve been able track your appeal online you maybe able to see what the decision was on there.
