Once the dicision maker receives you're report how long do they take to make a decision ? Thanks

The report is returned once it’s been written, sometimes returning it is delayed if it’s in an audit.0

When i phoned last Monday the bloke said a decision maker was looking at my report as we speak , they already had the report some time before that point , a few weeks maybe0

They very often tell you what you want to hear. I've never really quite understood how someone from a call centre will know how a decision maker is looking at a report at that moment.
