It's the same process as the first time. Once you're referred you will receive a letter on your journal to tell you they are referring you. A few days later you will receive the UC50 form in the post.

However, LCWRA is an ongoing award which continues until a new decision says otherwise. The timeframe they give you is just a guide and it doesn't mean you'll be reviewed at that time. This is one reason why decision letters do not give timescales on them.

At the moment I'm not aware of those that have LCWRA being reviewed. It's mostly those with LCW.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It's also worth bearing in mind that Reassessments were, for the most part, suspended between 2020-2023 so there is a massive backlog for DWP to tackle. DWP has said that they will through it based on prognosis period and other factors. I had a 12 month prognosis expiring April 2023, but haven't heard anything to date. I would suggest there is a decent chance your Reassessments will not happen at the 18 month mark. But as Poppy says, your award is continuous so you will not lose out.
