I suffer from severe depression, it's been 5 years I am waiting to get any help and support, almost 2 years ago, I've been referred to MINT, I was so happy that finally I can get help. But so far not only I didn't get any help, also the case worker talked to me in rude way that made me so upset and since then he never contacted me anymore. I made complaints few times but every time they sent emails and gave me emergency numbers and nothing happened. I don't know what to do.

HI @shahnaz20 I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling. Were the emergency numbers of no use to you? Do you have any other numbers or emails for MINT you could try, so you don't have to speak to the other case worker?0

Thank you for your comment, the problem is they don't answer . Even I sent an email to manager but still nothing happen. The emergency number I used few times when I was in very bad situation, but I need proper long term help0

Would the emergency number be able to put you in contact with someone from MINT who would be able to advise? Or your local council? I'm just trying to think of how we can help get some support to you.0
