Could anyone give me advice?

I had a text beginning of Jan 24 saying they're assessing my pip that is due to run out middle of April but still not heard anything now it's end of Jan. If it takes 12 weeks should I have heard from them by now? My disabled badge runs out the same time

If this is a review then there's very long delays and some are still waiting a year after returning their form. Your existing award will continue until a decision is made on your review. 

Closer to the time your PIP is due to end if you haven't heard anything you can ring them to ask them to send you confirmation that your PIP has been extended. You can then use that to reapply for your blue badge.
