Hi.
I’ve been awarded back dated PIP, will this cost of living payment be automatically added to my PIP back pay? Or should I follow the instructions s for missing COL payments?
Also will this effect my UC COL payment due?
Thanks

For the last £150 CoL payment paid
from June 2023 you must have been entitled a payment of PIP on 1st April 2023.
It should automatically be paid. If this was a Tribunal decision you will need to wait for the award to be put into payment before they pay it.
If will not affect your UC.

Jumping on this thread if I may, does that mean the COL payment will be lumped in with my back pay ? Or will it be separate. Thank you0
