Hi guys,
hope you are well.
hope you are well.
I am going through the prep for my tribunal, I haven’t had a date yet but have received my pack.
I have noticed much of the points I disagree with from the video Assessment are in the Mandatory reconsideration letter I sent. There is also a lot of blatant BS in the report as well.
I will represent myself as I used to be a union Rep and feel I can give the best account of myself to the people involved in the Tribunal.
My question is, do I prepare a full statement similar to my MR letter highlighting the disagreements and also my expectations and why I expect them, including the points I feel I should be awarded and send this as evidence to the link provided for such things, or do I keep that to read on the day?
any help with this and any other relative information would be greatly received.

Kind Regards, Mr Sticks.

I don't know what you mean by "your expectations and why you expect them." If you've already given a couple of detailed real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you, then you don't need to do that again. Though it does depend on what information you gave them.
You don't need to send anything that you've already sent. Don't concentrate too much on the report or what the decision letter says because that's not going to get you a PIP award.
Concentrate on the weakness in your evidence, not the strength of theirs.0 -
