Heya @INDITics, I'll always look to see if they're part of the government Disability Confident scheme. I tend not to look too hard into online reviews and such, as people are more likely to only leave a review if things were really bad for them personally. I'll always check their website of course.0

I think personally, I like to have a good look around the website to see what the company's values and goals are. If they're transparent and clear about the way that they work, and show some things that they're still working on for the future, that's a good sign for me
