My wife saw on Facebook she said people talking about benefit being stopped in April 2024 there nowhere I cannot find and that same post in Facebook I cannot find either is any benefit being stipped in April 2024... she confusing me man...😒😒

    What she probably read was the those that are currently claiming Tax credits will be invited to apply for UC as part of managed migration by April 2024. This is because Tax credits are stopping because UC has replaced it. If they receive a migration letter and they don't claim UC by the date in the letter then their Tax credits will stop. Whether this timescale can be completed is another matter. 

    My advice is to either stop reading what she's reading on Facebook or leave the group. They are a terrible place to be with all sorts of extremely bad information and/or advice being given. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Facebook can unfortunately be rife with misinformation. If you read something on social media it is often best to go actually check the information is correct, which you've done!
