What do they want to force you to do?0
-
They gave me a week to leave the house and I don't have a second suitable one, I have a spinal injury, so I need a lawyer to solve this issue, since I don't know my rights as a disabled person0
-
Shelter would be a place to start and the advice is free. https://www.shelter.org.uk/ A solicitor would charge you, though some may offer 30 minutes free advice.1

I'm just not alone, I and my family would like to know how to apply for a grant for housing and what rights I have as a disabled person0
-
What is the grant for? In a previous comment you said you have a week to leave the house? Are you privately renting now?
You need to give more information for anyone to be able to help you.0 -
Вибачте, але це мій четвертий переїзд і чи можу я залишитися в цьому районі, де я живу, просто я нічого про це не знаю, тому що я біженець з України і не знаю0

I understand that you want to help me, I already contacted the service, they called me because I don't understand English, my friend spoke for me, I'm just depressed right now, can you help0
-
Can you help me so that I can correctly apply to the services that would help me in this and that I will not be deceived, as I do not speak the language well, thank you, I can only write0

Hi @Roma190693, have you tried contacting your local Citizen's Advice? We can tell you what services to go to here but our ability to help you through them is limited. Your local Citizen's Advice should be able to go through how to directly access these services. Is your friend able to help with translation?0

Pryvit!
They gave me a week to leave the house
Are they a landlord, a court, a host family?
0 -
So help me to which services I can turn to that would help me solve my problems0
-
What problems are you having exactly? Why are you being evicted? It would help if you can give more information because otherwise no one can give you more specific advice.0

They gave me a week to leave the house
Are they a landlord, a hotel, a host family or a friend? Who wants you to leave the house?
0 -
They are evicting this owner because, as they say, the contract here has ended and they have not yet found a second home, because they are not suitable for me0
-
Is the owner's house being repossessed?0 -
Who is evicting the owner? A court?0 -
You will be asked all these questions when you ask your local council for help with housing.
You may have to wait until the day of eviction and go straight to the Homeless Person's Unit to register your family. You may be offered bed and breakfast accommodation to begin with.

Hi Roma, if you are evicted next week..
wait until the day of eviction and go straight to the Homeless Person's Unit to register your family. You may be offered bed and breakfast accommodation. This is known as emergency housing. Temporary accommodation comes next. Social housing takes even longer.
Try the SHELTER website https://www.shelter.org.uk/ for the best information.
Your written English is very, very good. We will all try to help you.
