We attend child in need meeting. Our social worker seriously falsifying the key information. She is more interested to record that my car has developed a fault but she failed to record my child needs SLT, OT etc. EHCP plan has been imposed on us and made finalised against our wish. On the top she keeps generating misleading information? She said she will add some corrections but she already distributed wrong reports to N number of department and anyone who will see those report will see we are at fault when we are not. We have all evidences against her lies. what shall i do. I don't think adding our explanations will make any difference. She is totally incompetent. Any advise ?

Hi @pm5997, that sounds really frustrating. It sounds like you've raised this with the social worker to some extent, but this information from Family Rights Group might be useful to you.Community Manager
