    Hi @pjl, I imagine this is for your PIP entitlement? You can call 0800 121 4433 and they should be able to send that out for you.

    Hi @pjl, I imagine this is for your PIP entitlement? You can call 0800 121 4433 and if you ask for a copy of your current decision letter, they should be able to send that out for you.

    For the avoidance of doubt. The decision letter is different to the certificate of entitlement. For free vehicle tax it’s not the decision letter that’s needed. 

    Regardless it’s still the PIP helpline number you gave that they need to ring. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
