Hi all, 
I am asking this question on behalf of a friend.

my friend had his assessment via zoom 5 weeks ago, yesturday he had a phone call from the assessors saying he has to redo the assessment on the 29th this month and they won’t tell him why…….has anyone experienced This before? Xx

    We can only guess what the reason is but sometimes they may not have enough of information to complete the report so another assessment is needed. 

    They can also ring the assessor again to ask why and hopefully this time they maybe a little more helpful and be able to tell them why. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
