Qualified Pip Points & Refused Pip

Hi all ..
Following on from my first post last week ( thank you for the replies ) 
Has anyone got the correct points or scored higher and been refused PIP  ? If so , what were the reasons given that you were turned down ?

Perhaps I should rephrase...
Has anyone scored the correct points and been refused PIP ? 
I wasn't aware DWP didn't give reasons if they refused the benefit.

There has been some members where the decision maker has gone against the report but it’s quite rare, though it does happen.

A decision maker will always give reasons for scoring or not scoring points in each activity. You will see all of that in the decision letter when you receive it.

I have a report of my assessment,  it's not easy for me to decipher 🙄...
I've googled lots of things they've written but I'm still finding it difficult to to make head or tails of it
