Medical dismissal, out of work 3 years, will I ever find a job again?

Someone give me some hope while I deal with my mental health issues

I’ve been dismissed and not worked for three years and I’m panicky at the thought of never holding down a job.

    Were you "medically retired" or just dismissed ?

    I was dismissed for ill health.

    My local area is completely useless. I can’t even get in to step 4 when I’ve tried everything
