Over 12 months since I applied

in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA
It has been over a year since I applied for pip and 28 weeks since I sent off for tribunal. Am I likely to get hear back by summer ? X

    Potentially 10+ months for a hearing date after you submit the request. So it could still be a while yet I'm afraid.

    10 months is that how long the current wait is? I read some where it was 32 weeks

    It will depend on your area but we've had a lot of members here that have waited as long as 10 months, sometimes longer. Timescales are only ever a guide. 

    You can contact them and they maybe able to give you some idea of the waiting times in your area but it will only be a guide.

    I hope your tribunal date happens quickly @VET505, I found the waiting to be the worst bit.  It's best to try not to think about it until you get that date through.

    do you have the number for the tribunal service ? My local number I’ve found online doesn’t ring through x
