I don't know what wait times for tribunal are but I hope it's not long @Vet505!! I think 12 months is crazy for people to wait, even if it's normal!!!

Potentially 10+ months for a hearing date after you submit the request. So it could still be a while yet I'm afraid.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

10 months is that how long the current wait is? I read some where it was 32 weeks

It will depend on your area but we've had a lot of members here that have waited as long as 10 months, sometimes longer. Timescales are only ever a guide.
You can contact them and they maybe able to give you some idea of the waiting times in your area but it will only be a guide.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Ok thanks for your reply poppy

I hope your tribunal date happens quickly @VET505, I found the waiting to be the worst bit. It's best to try not to think about it until you get that date through.Albus (he/him)
