I have been in receipt of Universal Credit since around July 23. My daughter has autism and was awarded enhanced PIP daily living and mobility in February backdated to October 23 date of claim. I have updated my UC journal to tell them this but no word re any additional UC going forward or any back payment.

I'm assuming you're still claiming child element for your daughter? If so then you'll be entitled to the higher disabled child element from the assessment period in which her award started.
If you care for her (I'm sure you do) for more than 35 hours per week then you can also claim carers element of UC, unless you're also claiming the LCWRA element for yourself and then you won't be able to claim carers element at the same time.
It often takes a few weeks for the award to be put into place and several weeks sometimes to pay what is owed.0 -
Thanks for reply. I have been put on LCWRA so Carers Element would not apply then. Was told on my Journal that details had been referred to a Decision Maker so presume its a matter of waiting now then. Thanks again.0
