I too have just had a text at 17:41 about the pip assessment
I know when I had my last pip assessment was in Dec 2016 because of the Covid my pip was extended until I received a pip form in April 2023 and a text I had this evening i have a question my last assessment came to my home address. Will I be able to have my assessment at my home address as I have multiple sclerosis

They no longer do home assessments and haven't since the pandemic. They are now done either by telephone, video or at an assessment centre.
If the text is telling you that you have a face to face assessment then you can ring the assessment providers and ask for a telephone assessment instead.0 -
Hi @jscared, welcome to the Scope community
As Poppy says home assessments are no longer carried out. However, as Poppy also mentioned, you can have a telephone assessment instead. I in fact had one and it really wasn't so bad.
Do let us know if you have any other questions, I'll move this discussion to our PIP category incase you've any further PIP questions0 -
Good afternoon poppy and Jimm thank you for getting back to me i really appreciate your reply
