Writing a letter by hand

Shazza1 Community member Posts: 49 Connected
Due to my symptoms worsening and having tremors in hand and feet since I applied and my assessment is next Monday is it a good idea to write a letter about this and send it as evidence? Or would it go against me that I have managed to write a letter in the communication and understanding areas etc. I do struggle with these things due to my anxiety. Thanks for any help on what to do with my assessment being so close.
